Abstract
The Smart City Infrastructure Management System is a PHP–MySQL based web application developed to manage, monitor, and streamline various services and infrastructures within a smart city. This system integrates multiple domains such as waste management, water supply, electricity, transportation, and public amenities into a centralized digital platform. It allows city administrators to track resources, handle citizen complaints, maintain infrastructure data, and analyze service performance. Citizens can also report issues, request services, and view updates online. By digitizing urban infrastructure management, the system improves transparency, reduces administrative delays, and enhances the quality of public services.

Existing System
Traditionally, city infrastructure management is handled through fragmented departments and manual processes. Citizens must visit offices physically or call helplines to file complaints or request services. Data about infrastructure maintenance, resource allocation, and service performance is stored separately in multiple departments, leading to inefficiency, duplication of work, and delays. Lack of real-time tracking and poor communication between authorities and citizens further diminishes the quality of public services.

Proposed System
