Employers can post job openings, view applications, and manage recruitment processes. Built using Django with a PostgreSQL/MySQL database, the platform ensures secure authentication, organized data management, and a user-friendly interface for both employers and job seekers.
Existing System:
Traditionally, job searching relies on newspaper ads, recruitment agencies, or fragmented online job boards. These methods are often slow, lack personalized recommendations, and make it difficult for candidates to find relevant positions. Proposed System:
