The system provides administrators, teachers, students, and parents with a centralized platform to efficiently handle school operations. Built using Django with a PostgreSQL/MySQL database, the platform ensures secure access, organized data management, and a user-friendly interface.
Existing System:
Traditionally, schools maintain records using physical registers, spreadsheets, and manual reporting, which can lead to errors, delays, and miscommunication. Existing systems may handle some tasks digitally but often lack integration between attendance, exam results, and communication modules.
Proposed System:
The proposed School System in Django Python provides a centralized platform where administrators can manage student admissions, teachers’ profiles, and class schedules.
