It helps prevent overstocking or understocking and provides timely alerts on low-stock products. By digitizing inventory tracking, the system ensures accuracy, improves stock visibility, and streamlines product management for sellers.

Existing System
In the existing system, stock maintenance is often handled manually using registers, spreadsheets, or standalone tools without central coordination. This results in delays, data inaccuracies, and difficulty in real-time tracking of product availability. Lack of automation increases the risk of stock-outs, over-purchasing, and poor reporting. Proposed System

The proposed Product Stock Maintenance System automates inventory management using PHP and MySQL.
