The system enables administrators to create packing lists, assign packaging tasks to staff, track packed orders, and manage inventory. Using Django with a PostgreSQL/MySQL database, the platform ensures real-time updates, secure authentication, and a user-friendly interface for efficient operations.

Existing System:
Traditionally, product packing and shipment tasks are handled manually using paper records or spreadsheets, leading to errors, delayed shipments, and poor inventory visibility. Existing systems may lack integration between product orders, packing schedules, and delivery tracking, resulting in inefficiencies and increased costs.

Proposed System:
The proposed Product Packing Management System in Django Python provides a centralized platform where administrators can manage incoming orders, generate packing slips, assign tasks to packers, and update shipment statuses.
