Using Django with a PostgreSQL/MySQL database, the platform ensures secure user authentication, scalable data management, and a responsive interface for a seamless user experience.

Existing System:
Traditional job searching involves newspaper ads, walk-in applications, or fragmented online job boards. These methods lack an integrated approach, making it harder for recruiters to find qualified candidates quickly and for job seekers to find matching roles. Proposed System:
