The system allows administrators to manage product listings, prices, inventory, and orders, while customers can conveniently view product details, place orders, make payments, and track delivery. By moving bakery operations online, the system increases customer reach, streamlines order management, and enhances the shopping experience.

Existing System
In the existing system, most bakeries rely on walk-in customers or phone orders to sell their products. This traditional method requires manual tracking of inventory, customer details, and payments. It limits the reach of the bakery to only local customers and does not provide an easy way for customers to browse or customize products. Manual order processing can also lead to delays, mismanagement of orders, and customer dissatisfaction.

Proposed System

The proposed Online Bakery Shop System automates the process of managing and selling bakery products using PHP and MySQL. Administrators can upload product images, descriptions, and prices, as well as track inventory levels and orders in real time. Customers can browse a categorized menu, customize cakes or bakery items, add products to the cart, pay securely online, and track the status of their orders.
