Existing System
In the existing system, people usually maintain their notes manually on paper or store them in personal files on their devices without a centralized management system. This approach can lead to disorganization, difficulty in finding important notes, lack of backup, and higher chances of losing valuable information. Sharing notes with others also becomes cumbersome, and there is no system for categorizing or securing notes effectively.

Proposed System
