By digitizing mess operations, the system reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, ensures timely updates, and enhances overall efficiency in mess management.

Existing System
In the existing system, mess operations are primarily managed manually through registers, notice boards, and spreadsheets. Menu planning, attendance tracking, and payment management are performed offline, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
