Using Django’s secure and scalable framework, the system improves hiring efficiency, reduces manual processes, and enhances the user experience for both employers and applicants.
Existing System:
Traditional recruitment relies on offline advertisements, manual resume collection, and time-consuming hiring processes. Even existing online job boards may lack features such as intelligent search, automated notifications, or application tracking. This results in inefficiency, poor communication between recruiters and candidates, and difficulty managing a large number of applications.
Proposed System:
The proposed Job Portal in Django Python provides a web-based application where job seekers can register, build profiles, upload resumes, and apply for suitable jobs. Employers can post vacancies, search candidate databases, and manage applications in real time.
