By digitizing insurance operations, the system reduces paperwork, enhances data accuracy, improves transparency, and accelerates service delivery.

Existing System
In the existing system, insurance management is largely manual, relying on paper documents, spreadsheets, or separate offline systems. This results in scattered client data, delayed processing of claims, errors in policy records, and difficulty in tracking premium payments.
