Existing System
In the existing system, notices, announcements, and event details are communicated manually through printed circulars, emails, or notice boards. This approach often leads to delayed dissemination, missed updates, and difficulty in tracking employee participation or feedback. HR staff spend significant time printing, distributing, and following up on announcements. Proposed System

The proposed HR Employee Event and Notice System automates HR communications using PHP and MySQL. HR administrators can log in to create notices, announcements, and events, and assign them to specific departments or all employees. Employees receive notifications via the system, can view event details, RSVP for participation, and provide feedback digitally. The system maintains records of all notices, events, and employee responses, and can generate reports to track engagement and participation.
