House Rent in Django Python
Abstract:
Managing rental properties efficiently is essential for landlords, tenants, and property management agencies. This project focuses on developing a House Rent Management System in Django Python, designed to streamline property listings, tenant registration, rent collection, and maintenance tracking. The system enables landlords to list properties, set rent details, and manage tenant information, while tenants can search for available properties, submit rent payments online, and raise maintenance requests. Leveraging Django’s secure and scalable framework, the platform simplifies rental management, enhances transparency, and ensures timely communication between landlords and tenants.
Existing System:
Traditional house rent management relies on manual record-keeping, phone calls, and physical documentation, which can lead to miscommunication, delayed payments, and difficulty tracking tenant history or property maintenance. Existing solutions may handle either property listings or rent collection, but few provide a fully integrated system combining tenant management, payments, and maintenance tracking. This fragmentation results in inefficiencies and administrative challenges for landlords and agencies.
Proposed System:
The proposed House Rent Management System in Django Python provides a centralized platform where landlords can list properties, manage tenant details, track rent payments, and schedule maintenance. Tenants can register online, browse available properties, make secure rent payments, and submit maintenance requests. The system includes automated reminders for upcoming payments, detailed reports for landlords, and role-based access for administrators, landlords, and tenants. By integrating all aspects of rental management into one system, it enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and ensures smooth communication and transparency between all parties involved.
