The system provides an intuitive interface for customers to browse available dining areas, view menus or special packages, select dates and time slots, and confirm reservations instantly. Administrators can manage reservations, update availability, and generate reports on usage trends. By digitizing the reservation process, the system reduces waiting times, optimizes seating management, and enhances customer experience.

Existing System
Traditionally, most hotels and restaurants manage dine and lounge reservations manually through phone calls, emails, or walk-ins. This manual process often leads to overbooking, double bookings, lost reservations, and inefficient utilization of seating space. Customers also face inconvenience because they cannot check real-time availability or receive instant confirmations. Proposed System
