The Event Management System is a PHP-based web application designed to help organizations, institutions, and individuals plan, organize, and manage events more effectively. This system centralizes event planning activities such as event creation, participant registration, ticket booking, venue management, and reporting. By automating the entire process, it reduces manual efforts, increases efficiency, and improves coordination among event organizers and attendees.
Existing System:
Traditionally, event management tasks are handled manually using spreadsheets, paper forms, or email chains. This approach often leads to miscommunication, duplicate records, delays in registration, overbooking of venues, and difficulty in tracking attendee details. Event coordinators also struggle to generate timely reports and monitor the overall progress of events.

Proposed System:
The proposed Event Management System uses PHP and MySQL to automate event-related activities. Admins can create events, define schedules, assign venues, manage participant registration, and track ticket sales. Participants can log in to register for events, view schedules, and receive updates. The system provides reports on attendance, payments, and resource allocation to help organizers evaluate success and plan future events.
