Abstract:
The E-Page Student Performance System is a PHP-based web application designed to digitally record, track, and display students’ academic and extracurricular performance. It provides a centralized online platform for teachers to upload grades, attendance, and feedback, while students and parents can view performance reports securely. This system replaces traditional paper-based records, ensuring transparency, faster access to data, and better student progress monitoring.
Existing System:
Most educational institutions still rely on manual grade books, paper-based progress reports, or basic spreadsheets to track student performance. This makes it difficult for teachers to generate cumulative reports, for parents to stay informed about their child’s progress, and for students to access timely feedback. It also leads to errors, delays, and fragmented recordkeeping.

Proposed System:
The proposed E-Page Student Performance System automates the management of academic data using PHP and MySQL. Teachers can upload marks, attendance, comments, and achievements for each student. Students and parents can log in to view grades, attendance statistics, and teacher feedback. Admins can generate analytics-based reports to identify trends and areas needing improvement. This centralized approach improves accuracy, transparency, and student engagement.
