Built with PHP and MySQL, this platform ensures secure handling of sensitive medical data and provides a user-friendly interface for both patients and healthcare providers.
Existing System:
Traditionally, hospitals and clinics rely on paper-based records or fragmented systems to manage appointments and patient histories. This results in long waiting times, mismanagement of patient information, lack of automated reminders, and difficulty in retrieving medical records promptly.

Proposed System:
The proposed E-Doctor Patient Management System in PHP enables patients to register online, search for doctors by specialty or availability, and book appointments digitally. Doctors can log in to manage their schedules, view patient profiles, update medical histories, and upload prescriptions. Administrators can oversee the entire system, manage doctor and patient records, generate reports, and ensure smooth operations. Additional features may include online consultation (chat/video), automated email/SMS notifications for appointment reminders, and secure document uploads. By integrating PHP and MySQL, this system enhances efficiency, ensures secure data management, and offers a convenient platform for modern healthcare delivery.
