The system enables vehicle owners and authorities to maintain records digitally, track document validity, automate fine notifications, and ensure seamless compliance with government regulations. By digitizing these processes, the system enhances efficiency, reduces paperwork, and improves transparency in vehicle management.
Existing System:
In traditional vehicle management systems, documentation such as licenses, insurance papers, and RC books are maintained manually or using scattered digital methods. Verification, tracking, and fine collection processes are slow, often requiring physical visits to authorities. Mismanagement or loss of documents can lead to delays and legal complications.
