Proposed System:
The proposed Courier Track Parcel Services in PHP creates a centralized online platform where shipments can be registered with sender and receiver details. The system generates a unique tracking number for each parcel, which customers can use to check the real-time delivery status online. Administrators and delivery staff can update parcel statuses (booked, in transit, out for delivery, delivered) through a secure portal. Features such as customer notifications via email/SMS, printable receipts, role-based access, and detailed reporting enhance the system’s reliability and performance.
