Built using PHP and MySQL, it improves the security, efficiency, and record-keeping of visitor management, making it easier to track and verify visitor activity.
Existing System:
Traditionally, visitor entry management in companies relies on paper-based logbooks or manual registers. This method is time-consuming, prone to human error, and lacks real-time access or search capabilities. It also poses security risks as verifying visitor information quickly is difficult, and historical records are not easily retrievable.

Proposed System:
The proposed Company Visitor Entry System in PHP digitizes the entire visitor entry process. Reception or security staff can register visitors with details such as name, contact information, purpose of visit, and person to meet. The system generates a visitor pass or badge, records the check-in and check-out time, and securely stores the data in a MySQL database. Administrators can view visitor history, search logs, and generate reports. Features like pre-appointment scheduling, email/SMS notifications to the host, photo capture for ID badges, and role-based access ensure better control and security. By automating visitor management, the system improves efficiency, enhances visitor experience, and strengthens organizational security.
