The Comment Posting System is a PHP-based web application designed to enable users to post, view, and manage comments on various types of content such as articles, blogs, or forums. This system allows registered users to express feedback, ask questions, or share opinions while enabling administrators to moderate and manage the posted comments. Built using PHP and MySQL, the system ensures fast, secure, and organized handling of user-generated content, promoting better interaction and engagement.
Existing System:
Traditionally, websites use static pages or third-party plugins for handling comments, which may lack customization, security, or moderation features. Without a centralized system, managing comments becomes difficult, spam can increase, and administrators struggle to track or remove inappropriate content efficiently.

Proposed System:
The proposed Comment Posting System in PHP provides a structured platform where users can register or log in, post comments on posts or articles, and view other users’ feedback. Administrators can approve, edit, or delete comments and ban spam accounts. Features such as threaded/reply comments, likes/dislikes, spam detection, and notification alerts make interaction richer and safer. All data is stored securely in a MySQL database, ensuring efficient retrieval and moderation. By digitizing and centralizing comment management, the system enhances community engagement, strengthens user interaction, and ensures content quality control.
