Abstract:
In recent years, Japan has been facing severe issues of declining birthrates. As a result, for companies to keep the level of productivity at present, it is necessary to devise ways to prevent existing workers from resigning. Food manufacturers are creating schedules by accepting a request to the many requests of their workers. As a result, the schedule creator is burdened with a large amount of work, and an automated work scheduling system is desired to reduce the workload. In this paper, we propose a Production Line Work Scheduling System Considering the Diversity of Work Assignments by utilizing. Experiments are conducted to evaluate the proposed system by using quantitative analysis of schedules created by the system.
