The paper, firstly, is going to build the implementation patterns of online travel agency entrepreneurial management and find out the key factors of success of online travel agency entrepreneurial management by reviewing some related theories, defining some conceptions and doing the preliminary research. Second, according to the method of system dynamics, the function elements of entrepreneurial management are confirmed and decomposed. At last, the behaviour of raising the theory of entrepreneurial management is continuously dynamic, which needs the systemic logic of entrepreneurial management. Therefore, the dynamic implementation patterns of entrepreneurial management can be built, which is based on the three stages of formation of entrepreneurial culture, strategic choices of entrepreneurial opportunities and resource matching and evaluation and feedback of entrepreneurial performance.
