Top Management Audit in PHP

Top management team (TMT) is one of the important decision makers for organization strategy development and organization innovation mode. The diversity of their behavior is the key factor to make effective strategic decisions and improve organizational innovation. Based on the theory of fitness landscape and NK model, this paper sets up the fitness landscape of TMT's behavior from four dimensions, such as TMT's learning-oriented behavior, TMT's character and moral, TMT's performance-oriented behavior, and TMT's group maintenance-oriented behavior, in order to explore the process of climbing to a higher peak by changing the internal elements in the TMT behavior landscape. Finally, the paper selects 20 companies as empirical research objects, calculates the contribution value of system fitness under different condition combination, depicts the landscape diagram of Boolean Hyper Cube fitness, and reveals the optimal allocation of TMT behavior factors and the accumulation and dependence relationship of each behavior factor, laying the foundation for improving organizational innovation abilities.
