Abstract:
The quality management system (QMS) is considered as a complex automated system, which is an integral part of the control system of a complex automated complex. The effectiveness of the automated quality management system (AQMS) is determined by its quality, which is formed in the design process of both the AQMS itself and the quality management object. AQMS, as well as the object of quality management, is considered as a set of different kinds of information (software, methods, algorithms, etc.) related to each other and jointly processed at all stages of the life cycle of the control object. A special role in shaping the quality of the AQMS is played by the early design stages, which determine the goals of creating the control object and the basic requirements for its quality.
