E Doctor Patient Management System in PHP

The present paper aims to investigate the doctor- patient relationship in the case of patients with diabetes by assessing the attitude of the medical staff towards the patient, by evaluating the degree of information of the patients regarding the treatments performed and assessing the quality of the services provided. The research method is quantitative and the research instrument is a questionnaire applied to all the patients who have received at least one treatment completed in a multidisciplinary medical center. The results underline the fact that the attitude of the medical staff and the quality of the services provided are key aspects for the patients and are the result of a successful management within the analyzed clinic.
