Abstract:

Looking forward to the development of China's dairy industry for decades, from Sanlu Group more than a decade ago, the addition of melamine to Terunsu contained suspicious carcinogens. That year, the melamine incident not only brought down the giants of the domestic milk powder industry at that time, but also destroyed the trust of consumers in domestic milk powder. We see that the disasters encountered in the dairy industry seem to be the epitome of Chinese companies in the context of technological renewal. Based on the new era, we have encountered new opportunities and new challenges. However, due to the short development time of China's market economy, those companies that have survived the fierce commercial war have not yet established a complete concept of business ethics. Therefore, in the context of technological renewal, discussions on business ethics are indispensable. Below, based on the background of technology update, we analyze the business ethics of the dairy industry, analyze and demonstrate from three aspects: laws and regulations, corporate responsibility, and consumer initiative, and provide practical and feasible countermeasures for relevant departments and milk powder manufacturers.
