Abstract:
A personal assistance system is mandatory for people’s daily work reminders, task management, instant help, financial cost management, health assistance, and shopping facilities. The current personal assistance works provide only a single type of feature rather than multiple types. Some crucial personal assistance facilities are absent in the existing literature such as task sorting based on users’ priority, financial cost management, loan application, emergency contact facilities, police reporting, shopping, and instant help facilities. To facilitate the multiple features and conquer the current limitations, this paper proposes a user engagement-based mobile application featuring citizens’ daily work reminder, time priority-based task sorting, daily income, and expense checking, loan application, emergency contact, help post submission, and contact, product buy/sell facilities, doctors assistance, donation, and police reporting facilities. The proposed applications feature evaluation results indicated that more than 70% users reported our application features as convenient and more than 72% users reported our application as proper in terms of applications feasibility and market value.
