Auditing In Quality Management in PHP

This article describes changes in the approach for quality audit process in digital environment. Digitalization, or, as it is also called, digital transformation is a deep introduction of modern information technologies into business processes, which allows to bring the organization to a new level of development. This is not only about installing additional equipment and software, but about a radical restructuring of all processes taking place in the facility. Digitalization changes approaches to management, develops additional ways of communication (both within the organization and with the outside world), quality audit can contribute to the improvement of a digital company. In this article, explain the process of protect data with specific IT algorithms and tools. Quality management audit is an essential part of the quality management system and international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, in addition, it is a tool for continuous improvement of the QMS based on the PDCA cycle. Also in this article, an assessment was made of the requirements and weaknesses of data security and the preservation of personal data.
