Asset And Wealth Management Audit in PHP

In the post financial crisis era, global wealth market still shows a steady growth trend in the remaining wave. In the period of capital market recovery, China, as the most potential wealth market in the Asia Pacific region, has a huge space of wealth growing. In this context, how to seize the growth opportunities brought by new wealth, promote private capital agglomeration and efficient utilization and finally realize the steady growth of the national economy has become an extremely significant problem. This article summarize the experiences of establishment and construction of the world famous wealth management centers using the related theories of financial center, and make a comprehensive analysis of current situation of domestic wealth management and the strengths and limitations to build a wealth management center in Pearl River Delta(PRD). Finally, we seek the enlightenment to the construction of Pearl River Delta wealth management center (WMC), and put forward some appropriate policy recommendations.
