Assessment Management in PHP

Practice and theory of enterprise management put forward the requirement to tacit knowledge research in knowledge management. The assessment of enterprise tacit knowledge, can make the enterprise to master their own tacit knowledge state and is helpful to make development direction of enterprise knowledge explicit, which is the basis of tacit knowledge management. In view of enterprise tacit knowledge assessment characteristics, the Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is introduced to determine index weight, and multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive assessment is applied to evaluate enterprise tacit knowledge, then the validity of the assessment method is confirmed by the example of Huachen-Jinbei Automobile Co. Ltd.
