A Survey on Analysis of Fake News Detection Techniques

Social media is one of the most available news sources these days for many folks worldwide due to their low value, quick access, and fast spread. However, this comes with some confusing signs and significant risks of exposure to `false stories' written to mislead readers. Such information can affect the public's voice and allow evil groups to control the outcome of public events, such as elections. Fake and misleading news can have a real impact on those who find themselves as targets. This paper focuses on analysis of 2017 to 2021 papers and analysis of different fake news detection techniques. This survey gives a far-reaching review about the recent and past examinations on false news detection using different ML algorithms.
